| Start by creating a rectangle using rectangle
shape tool. |

place as shown. |

| Create two rounded rectangles using rounded
rectangle shape tool. Place it for the hands. |

| Create a rectangular slit using rectangular shape
tool. Place it for the weights. Enable add to shape area form the top bar.
Create a thin rectangle for the bar. |

| Add more weights using rectangular shape
area. |

| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select
warp. Select arc from the preset warp shapes. Apply settings as
shown. |

| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Move
this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette. |
|
|
| Double click the layer to open layer style
window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

|
|

|
| Select the body layer. Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create
a clipping mask. |
|
|
| Type company name below the artwork using
combination of two nice fonts. |
